Why I’m torn on this
The beach access was lovely and the staff went above and beyond to help. The view from my balcony was breathtaking, truly making the stay worthwhile!
Unfortunately, the noise from the nearby airport was excessive. Additionally, I found that the cleanliness of shared areas was lacking, which put a damper on my experience.

Great Ocean Views But Needs Some Attention
Our stay was a mixed bag. The breathtaking ocean views from our balcony were a highlight, but the room showed signs of wear and poor maintenance. Enjoyed relaxing by the pool, yet some furniture could use replacement. I'd suggest checking room conditions before settling in.

I loved the beachfront access and the gorgeous ocean views from my room. It was such a joy to wake up to that scenery. The hotel had a great pool area, which my family really enjoyed. The cleanliness of the common areas was also quite impressive. However, I faced some issues during my stay. The check-in process was a bit chaotic, with long lines and disorganization at the front desk. Additionally, the on-site store closed earlier than I expected, leaving us without snacks after a long day at the beach. The noise from overhead planes was noticeably disruptive, especially during the daytime. Despite these inconveniences, the overall experience was delightful, and I would be happy to return, especially since the environment felt very welcoming for families.

The location was great with a beautiful ocean view, and the amenities offered were enjoyable. Unfortunately, the service had some inconsistencies, such as mixed experiences with staff and a room that wasn't cleaned daily. It's a good spot for families looking for fun and relaxation, but improvements in service would make it even better.

Fantastic Beach Access and Friendly Service
I really enjoyed my stay with excellent beach access and warm staff. The hotel provided a nice mini-golf course and a great pool area that was perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach. Had an amazing time with friends! The beach access was perfect for our group, and we enjoyed visiting the SkyWheel and the Family Kingdom Amusement Park. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was super friendly. Great overall experience!
The only downside was the noise from the airport, which was pretty noticeable at times.

Unfortunately, the hotel felt a bit outdated. The room had a funky odor, and carpets seemed pretty worn, leading to discomfort when walking barefoot. There was also some noise from the nearby RV park at night, which kept things lively in an unwanted way. Plus, elevators had issues, with one out of service during my stay, which wasn’t the smoothest experience. It was a bummer that a few amenities felt rushed or half-baked, like the breakfast options and the overall upkeep of the pool area.
